In addition to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration, we can assist with related private client matters.

These services may be needed as a standalone matter or as part of a wider transaction, such as dealing with an estate after someone has died.

Our team can assist with:

• Deeds of Change of Name — preparing the legal document used to record a change of name;

• Declarations of Trust — recording how property or other assets are owned, including where people have contributed in different shares;

• Transfers of Registered Property — assisting with the transfer of property ownership, for example following a death or as part of administering an estate;

• Statutory Declarations and Oaths — preparing or witnessing formal legal statements where required; and

• other related private client documents where these are needed in connection with Wills, LPAs or estate administration.
