ANCILLARY SERVICES
In addition to Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration, we can assist with related private client matters.
These services may be needed as a standalone matter or as part of a wider transaction, such as dealing with an estate after someone has died.
Our team can assist with:
-
Deeds of Change of Name — preparing the legal document used to record a change of name;
-
Declarations of Trust — recording how property or other assets are owned, including where people have contributed in different shares;
-
Transfers of Registered Property — assisting with the transfer of property ownership, for example following a death or as part of administering an estate;
-
Statutory Declarations and Oaths — preparing or witnessing formal legal statements where required; and
-
other related private client documents where these are needed in connection with Wills, LPAs or estate administration.
The work required will depend on your circumstances and the purpose of the document. We will explain the process, the information needed and the likely timescale before work begins.
Please contact us if you would like to discuss whether one of these services is suitable for your circumstances; we also offer a consultation for £60 including VAT.
