BUSINESS COMMERCIAL FEES

We will send you our Client Care Letter with our Terms of Business setting out a fee estimate specific to your case.
Most of our fees are based on the hourly rate of all staff who work on a matter.

Hourly Rates of Members of Fee Earners are as follows:

Grade A £330.00 (plus VAT) - Senior Lawyers of PQE 5 Years or more and Heads of Department
Grade B £295.00 (plus VAT) - Lawyers of PQE up to 5 Years
Grade C £250.00 (plus VAT) - Trainee Lawyers under Supervision by Grade A and senior Fee Earners
Grade D £200.00 (plus VAT) - Legal Assistants, Caseworkers and other Fee Earner

Please note that VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate, which is currently 20%.

There are many factors that could affect the total fee, and this will depend on the circumstances of each individual matter, any issues that may arise and the time it takes to resolve them.
