COHABITATION / SEPARATION FEES

 

FIXED FEE including VAT

Draft and Review a Cohabitation Agreement, a Pre or Post Nuptial Agreement, or a Separation Agreement, costs on a fixed fee may  range between £1200.00 and £2400.00 depending on the level of work involved and complexity, however this will be outlined to you if this is the case at the start of your matter.​​

If the matter is more complicated or contentious, and requires some negotiations or the assistance of the court, then we will work on a timed fee basis in accordance with our hourly rates which are as detailed below:-

 Timed Fee of Fee Earners on Hourly rate (plus VAT) varies between:​

​

​ Grade A I  Legal Counsel, Head of Department, Solicitor Advocates, Associates I £330

 Grade B I  Solicitors PQE 3-5 years, Senior Fee Earner I £310

 Grade C I Solicitors PQE 1-3 years I £290

 Grade D I Solicitors NQ 0-1 years I £270

 Grade E I Trainee Solicitors I £250

 Grade F I Legal Assistant I £230
