MOTORING OFFENCES PRICE GUIDE

As a guide, we offer a fixed fee of £300 including VAT for an assessment of your case and provide advice on plea and sentence but does not include representation at court.

Additional Fees

​

Our additional fees for representation at hearings in the magistrates courts for straightforward motoring offences are:

1. Guilty Plea Hearing and mitigation £900 including VAT

2. Guilty Plea Hearing with Exceptional Hardship or Special Reason argument £1080 including VAT to £1200 including VAT

 

This will include dealing with the Police for disclosure and assessment of evidence and review of the instructions. We will represent at a single hearing and preparation of the case to mitigate the sentence according to the current sentencing guidelines.

3. Not Guilty Plea and trial lasting half a day £1500 including VAT

4. Not Guilty Plea and trial lasting a full day from £2500 including VAT

This will include taking instructions, obtaining disclosure and assessment of case and advice, preparation of witness statements if required, attend court and advise on outcome and options on appeal if necessary.
