We are looking for a Receptionist to work at our Lowestoft Office

The position can be full time or part time (possibly a job share to include holiday and sickness cover).

The applicant must have a good telephone manner, good communication and typing skills, be self-motivated, well organised and have the ability to work alone and as part of a team.


Key Duties:


Incoming and out going post

Dealing with clients face to face and over the telephone

General reception duties

Strongroom and archive management

Further administrative tasks as and when required.


Previous reception experience (ideally in a solicitor’s office) is preferred but not essential

This is an opportunity to join an experienced team and become part of a friendly firm.
